A registered member of the Australian Counsellors Association, Licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a NDIS Registered Provider, dedicated to supporting & helping people to heal, recover & find true happiness within themselves. With lived experience, a caring heart & a belief that we all have what we need inside of us, I will walk beside you, support you, share information & strategies to help you unlock all you need to move forward to happiness. My range of qualifications & experience give me valuable insight & understanding to be able to give you the support & care you need.
I am committed to reducing the stigma around mental illness and making a positive change in the community. I do this through education. I love sharing the Mental Health First Aid course because it is evidence-based, up to date knowledge about Mental Health. I truly believe, together, we CAN make a difference.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have had that have led me to be able to support individuals and communities, helping us all to live full, rich and happy lives.
