Sa Reay Counselling

Welcome to Sa Reay Counselling and Mental Health Training, where Jennie is committed to enhancing mental health and well-being for all. Offering a variety of therapeutic options, including Walk and Talk Therapy, Online and Phone Counselling, as well as outdoor sessions, under a tree or by the beach. In addition to personalised counselling, Jennie facilitates workshops and courses such as Mental Health First Aid, Understanding Self-Harm, and Trauma-Informed Practice. Jennie's goal is to provide accessible support, therapy, and mental health education for everyone.

Jennie's focus is to support your healing journey through personalised counselling. Whether you connect in person, online, or over the phone, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you are heard and valued, is a priority. Jennie recognises the importance of tailoring services to meet the unique needs of each client.

NDIS registration provides assurance to clients that with Sa Reay Counselling and Mental Health Training, all services and supports meet the level of quality and safety stated in the NDIS Practice Standards. Proud to be a NDIS Registered Provider.

Mental Health First Aid

Together we can make a positive difference. 

Using a practical, skills-based action plan, participants learn the skills to recognise and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is received or the crisis resolves. In-Person and Online courses available.
