Welcome to Sa Reay Counselling and Mental Health Training, where Jennie is committed to enhancing mental health and well-being for all. Offering a variety of therapeutic options, including Walk and Talk Therapy, Online and Phone Counselling, as well as outdoor sessions—under a tree or by the beach. In addition to personalised counselling, Jennie facilitates training such as Mental Health First Aid and a new workshop, Supporting Our Sisters, specifically designed to equip women with the skills and confidence to support others who are experiencing or have experienced domestic and family violence.
Jennie’s goal is to provide accessible support, therapy, and mental health education for everyone.
Jennie's focus is to support your healing journey through personalised counselling. Whether you connect in person, online, or over the phone, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you are heard and valued, is a priority. Jennie recognises the importance of tailoring services to meet the unique needs of each client.
We are committed to standing against domestic and family violence in all its forms. Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and empowering space where individuals can access the support they need—when, where, and how they need it. Each experience is unique, so counselling is tailored to individual emotional, mental, physical, and safety needs. Through evidence-based education and trauma-informed care, we raise awareness, challenge stigma, and build a supportive, non-judgmental community. Our goal is to support those impacted and to equip others to respond safely and compassionately. Everyone deserves to be heard, believed, and supported—and we’re here to make that possible.
